Updates occur throughout the day at scheduled intervals when the system recalculates the overall progress status.
⏳ How long to wait
Cyber Guru recommends:

Waiting up to 24 hours to see your progress accurately reflected in the percentage of completed activities.

In many cases, the update happens within a few hours, but it's good to give the system time to process all the data.
