The "Dashboard" section gives students an overview of their learning progress and, if applicable, gamification, through widgets that guide the journey and quickly display essential information.
In the left sidebar menu, which can be collapsed by clicking "Collapse menu", you can access different sections of the platform.
The right sidebar, which shows progress and the Cyber Score, might not be visible depending on your company's settings.
To view the platform with the student profile, if you have multiple roles assigned, you need to select the appropriate option in the menu at the top right, next to your initials.
Widgets on the Student Dashboard
-
Your Activities
-
Leaderboards (if gamification is active)
-
Additional Content (Cyber Pills) if available
-
Your Progress (visible in every section of the platform).
-
Cyber Score (visible in every section of the platform).
Your Activities
In the "Your Activities" section, a preview of 3 learning contents is shown
-
If the content is accessible, a "play" button will be available.
-
If the content is locked, it may be due to:
-
The sequence of modules (the content will be unlocked upon completion of the previous module). In this case, hovering over the "locked content" label will display an informational message indicating that the material will be accessible only after completing the previous content.
-
The content has not been released yet. In this case, hovering over the "locked content" label will display an informational message indicating that the content is not yet available.
-
By clicking on "See All", you can view all the learning contents associated with a user, directly accessing the "Learning Plan" section.
Leaderboards
The visibility of leaderboards is a configurable option at the company level (they may not be visible).
The following leaderboards are available, depending on the option chosen in the dropdown menu
-
Leaderboard of all company users: the student can view their ranking position and score compared to all other students, whose names are anonymized.
-
Leaderboard of the user's team members: if team gamification is active, the student can view their position within their own team. The names of other team members are anonymized.
-
Leaderboard of all teams: the student can view their team's ranking position compared to other teams.
-
Leaderboard of championships (if activated): If championships are active, the student can view data related to the championship of a specific path. The points refer only to the specific path. If no championship is selected, the scores viewed are cumulative. Points associated with phishing gamification, if active, are not included.
Leaderboard data is updated daily.
Additional Content
In this section, the student can view (if available) cyber pills, which offer insights on the topic of cybersecurity.
Once viewed, the cyber pills are removed from the "additional content" section of the dashboard.
However, the pills are always accessible in the "Learning Plan" section.
They are optional content, do not award points, and do not affect the user's alignment with the learning path.
Your Progress
In the "Your Progress" section, located in the right sidebar, the student can observe
-
The percentage of completed activities out of those released;
-
The reported phishing emails: the number of reported emails (following the Cyber Guru procedure) out of the number of emails received is shown.
-
The data is updated to the last completed campaign and not in real-time to allow for proper information consolidation.
-
The "Reported Emails" option might NOT be visible (it is a company option)
-
Reports are only recorded if made within the validity period of the campaign itself. Any reports made afterward will NOT be counted.
-
-
The badges earned (medals and trophies)
-
The points earned during the learning path and phishing points (if gamification on the service is active)
-
In the case of phishing gamification, points will be updated at the end of the campaign.
-
If championships are active, the points viewed in progress are still cumulative
-
The data in the "Your Progress" section is updated daily.
The Cyber Score
The cyber score shows the results achieved by the student in five key areas
-
Active Defense and Behavior: evaluation of behavior in recognizing phishing attacks
-
Learning: assessment of results based on CGA tests
-
Participation and Updates: alignment and regularity with the training plan
