Cyber Score - Trend
The chart shows the trend of the company's cyber score over time.
All details of the cyber score can be viewed in the dedicated article.
Performance
On the right side of the screen, the supervisor can monitor the progress of the company population. Performance is either overall or broken down by service.
Users are divided into four categories based on their level of participation in the program:
- On Track: Users who have completed all activities or are behind by a maximum of 2 activities compared to those released.
- Regular: Users behind by 3-5 activities compared to those released.
- Irregular: Users behind by more than 5 activities compared to those released.
- Inactive: Users who have NOT accepted T&C
Mass Communications
The supervisor can send communications or reminders to all users in a specific category by simply clicking on the email icon next to the category.
Sending Method
-
The supervisor can select a group of users (category) to send to.
-
Once the group is selected, you can:
-
Send the message to all users in the category.
-
Or select only specific users within that category.
-
-
You can also send targeted reminders by selecting a specific service you want to highlight.
-
Important: you cannot send emails to categories exceeding 500 members.
- If you want to enter an email address in the “BCC” field, it is essential to press the “Enter” key on the keyboard after typing the address to ensure proper sending.
Message Content and Language
-
The platform automatically suggests a default message, written in the language associated with the team leader's profile.
-
If necessary, the message content is customizable by clicking on “Content”, where you can edit the HTML of the text.
-
Important Tip: If the team consists of users with different languages, it is recommended to write the message in English to ensure understanding by all.
Awareness, Channel, and Phishing
The three pie charts represent the three training programs of the platform, which may or may not be highlighted, depending on the services purchased and activated.
- Awareness: represents the distribution of users based on their level of participation in the Awareness training program.
- Channel: represents the distribution of users based on their level of participation in the Channel training program.
- Phishing: represents the distribution of simulated attacks based on user actions. Specifically, it shows attacks that were reported, ignored, or clicked. The data represented refers exclusively to completed campaigns.
By clicking on any widget within the “Dashboard” section, the supervisor is redirected to the “Statistics” section, where they can view in detail the data that feeds each widget.
Rankings
The supervisor can view various types of rankings. For this role, participant names are visible.
- The ranking of all users in the company
- The ranking of all teams in the company
- The ranking of all users in a specific team
- The ranking of all users in a specific championship (if active).
- The ranking of all teams in a specific championship (if active)
The points displayed in the ranking also include any phishing points, unless a championship filter is active: in that case, phishing points are not considered.
