Adaptive Remediation is a PhishPro feature that assigns training content to students who exhibit risky phishing behavior.
Requirements for Training Remediation
- An active PhishPro license and an Awareness license are required to access the content.
- Students must have clicked on at least two phishing emails in the last four regular campaigns.
- Ensure the student caring event 'New Training Remediation' is active and configured with the appropriate email.
Activating Training Remediation
Go to "Release Management > Remediation" and click 'Start' in the Adaptive Remediation section.
At this point, the targets that meet the above requirements will be listed, and you can choose to deactivate some of those proposed by the system.
After approval, a "Remediation" type path is immediately released to the selected targets.
The release is instantaneous, and users can view the content on their dashboard.
If the student caring event "New training remediation" is active, the user will receive an email informing them of the release.
The duration of the videos is similar to that of the Awareness content. The training remediation video does NOT include tests and therefore does not involve scoring.
The content can be viewed within the "Training Plan" under "Modules".
Viewing impacts the student's activity completion percentage.
Monitoring Remediation Statistics
In the 'Statistics' section under 'Remediation Report', you can see:
- The progress percentage for users associated with the path
- Path completion status
- Data can be exported in CSV format
In the "Statistics" section under "Awareness" (or Overview), you can also see
Activity Completion: progress can be tracked within reports related to the Awareness service, such as:
- Completed activities report.
- Participation report.
The completion of remediation activities impacts the alignment status of the user to whom the path is assigned.
Restarting Remediation
Once a remediation is started, if additional eligible targets are identified, you can restart the function to include these new recipients.
