Platform - Logos and Colors

In the “Platform Customization” section, you can add logos and update colors as specified by the client (otherwise, you can leave the default colors).

The configurable logos come in 2 types: horizontal layout (open) and square (toggle). These are optional values, not mandatory, and independent of each other.

Note: Currently, the toggle format logo does not occupy any space within the application, but it is visible on the company configuration screen to users with an administrator role.

Once uploaded, the logos occupy a predefined space: specifically, the upper part of the content page (the area that takes up the most space on the page):

This area can currently hold from 0 to a maximum of 2 logos. If no logo is specified, this section disappears, and the content below is repositioned accordingly.

In the case of an MSP, you can insert 2 logos that will be visible on the platform to users: the logo of the user's company (on the left) and the MSP logo (if present).

The conditions for displaying the latter are that the user's company belongs to an MSP, the MSP has uploaded a logo, and the toggle in the company options that determines whether the logo is displayed is set to true.

Note, Both logos (company and MSP) refer to the horizontal layout type.

Below is an example of a company with both logos set:

The horizontal layout logo will be visible to users in phishing simulations (on the default landing page you reach by clicking on an email)

The customizable colors at the company level are 2 (primary and secondary) and are defined and can be set on the platform customization page (by accessing the "Platform Customization" section).

The default values (in hexadecimal format) for each company at the time of creation are:

• #F58100

Currently, color customization is reflected on the frontend only and exclusively for the primary color.

Below are the elements subject to customization related to the primary color.

Specifically:

• side menu

• activity tab label

• user initials

• radar chart definition lines

• toggle for block/list view mode (see below)
