-
The team leader can select a user group (category) to send the message to.
-
Once the group is selected, you can:
-
Send the message to all users in the category.
-
Or select only specific users within that category.
-
-
It is also possible to send targeted reminders by selecting a specific service to draw attention to.
-
Important: you cannot send emails to categories exceeding 500 members.
- If you want to enter an email address in the “BCC” field, it is essential to press the “Enter” key on the keyboard after typing the address to ensure proper sending.
Message Content and Language
-
The platform automatically suggests a predefined message, written in the language associated with the team leader's profile.
