The “Statistics” section provides the team leader with a detailed overview of their team's performance, with tools to analyze data, generate reports, and monitor progress in active training programs.
The team leader does not have access to data related to the Phishing service.
The "Statistics" section is further divided into:
- Overview
- Awareness Report
- Channel Report
General Overview
The Overview tab provides a concise and updated snapshot (every 8 hours) of the team's activity.
Within the Overview, the following widgets are available:
Global Participation
The “Global Participation” chart shows, in percentage, the overall participation trend of team members over time, divided into three sections: Awareness, Channel, and Phishing.
- For Awareness and Channel: the chart indicates the percentage of modules completed by team users compared to those released, captured at the moment.
- For Phishing: the chart indicates the percentage of emails opened compared to those sent, captured at the moment.
The global participation chart is updated every 8 hours.
User Numbers

User Distribution
The central widget (donut chart) shows the distribution of team users based on their level of participation in training programs.
The chart integrates both Awareness/Channel states (inner ring) and phishing-related behaviors (outer ring), offering a more complete view.

The same information is reported in the numbers on the right.
This chart is updated daily.
Available Reports (Generate Report)
The team leader can download data and generate a report in CSV or XLSX format by clicking the “Generate Report” button and selecting the desired report type.
- The "Completed Activities" report allows the team leader to view information for each user on their team, such as module name, service type (Awareness or Channel), availability date, first access, time spent, points, and completion date. The report can be downloaded for a specific time period.
- The “Participation” report allows the team leader to view, for each team member and for each Awareness module and Channel episode, information such as participation status, Phishing status, cyber score, released activities, and completed activities. Additional content is NOT considered in the released activities.
- The “User Ranking” report provides a detailed view of all team users, their ranking position within the team, points accumulated so far, and medals earned.
- The "Additional Content" report shows for each user the additional content viewed, its availability date, first access to the content, time spent, and completion date.
- The "Individual Championships" report allows downloading data related to championships (if active). The report also allows filtering by specific championship.
Ranking
This section features a chart showing the ranking of users within the team, the team's ranking in relation to other teams involved on the platform, and the championship ranking (if active). This chart is updated daily.
Awareness Report
The "Awareness Report" section offers the team leader a detailed overview of user participation in the Awareness training course.
This section is updated daily.
Within the tab, various informational widgets are available, each offering a specific view of the data:
User Numbers
The widget in the top left reports the main counts:

Total number of team users.

Total number of company users with Awareness license

Total number of teams.
User Distribution by Participation Status
In the center, there is a donut chart representing the distribution of team users based on their level of participation in Awareness modules:

On Track → users who have completed all activities or are behind by a maximum of 2 modules.

Regular → users behind by 3-5 modules.
-
Irregular → users behind by more than 5 modules.
-
Inactive → users who have not accepted the Terms & Conditions.
The same information is also displayed numerically on the right side of the chart.
Time Spent on Activity in Minutes
This widget shows:
- The expected actual duration of each module (e.g., 16 minutes for module 1 “Phishing”).

The average time actually spent by team users on the module.
Comparing the two bars in the chart helps understand how much time users spend on activities compared to expectations.
Points Earned per Activity
The chart compares:

The assignable points for each module (bar 1).

The average points earned by team users for that module (adjacent bar).
Generate Report
In this section, you can generate a report by downloading data related to completed Awareness activities and participation, in CSV and XLSL format.
The “Completed Activities” report allows the team leader to view for each user in their team and for each Awareness module information such as the module name, availability date, first access date, time spent, points, and completion date. The report can be downloaded for a specific time period.
The “Awareness Participation” report provides a detailed account showing for each team participant the modules viewed and, for each module, the participation percentage of each user indicating whether the user is regular or not.
Report Channel
The Report Channel tab provides usage metrics related to Channel episodes. The update is daily.

- User Progress: the donut chart shows the distribution of team users in relation to the Channel service (whether they are on track, regular, irregular, inactive)
- Time Spent (minutes) → comparison between the expected duration of the episode and the average time spent by users.
Generate Report
Within the Report Channel tab, you can generate and export detailed reports related to completed activities and participation, downloadable in CSV or XLSX formats.

The "Completed Channel Activities" report shows, for each Channel episode:
The user's time spent on the episode, the episode's availability date, the first access date, the completion date. The report can be filtered and downloaded based on a specific time period.
The "Channel Participation" report provides, for each team participant, the Channel episodes viewed, the participation percentage for each episode, the user's participation status in relation to the expected path.
