Step-by-step procedure:
1. Log in to the Microsoft Admin Console
2. Go to "Mail Flow > Rules":
3. Select “+ Add a rule > Create a new rule” to create a new rule:
4. Enter in the "Name" field the rule name “Cyber Guru Bypass Clutter/Spam”:
5. In “Apply this rule if”
- In the first field select "The message header"
- In the second field select "includes any of these words"
6. Click on "Enter text", enter "CGRE" and then click "Save":
7. Click on "Enter words", enter "en2358nfwf348fnw932jdo4fe4rrewffd", then click "Add" and finally "Save":
8. In “Do the following”:

In the first field select the option “Modify the message properties"

In the second field select the option "Set a message header”

Click on "Enter text" and enter "X-MS-Exchange-Organization-BypassClutter" and click "Save"

Click on "Enter text" and enter "true" and click "Save"
9. Click on the "+" icon to add another action:
10. In the “And” section:

In the first field select "Modify the message properties"

In the second field select "set the spam confidence level”

Set "Bypass spam filtering" and click "Save":
