Cyber Guru Channel is the inductive training program that, using a narrative scheme typical of TV series, generates in the learner the ability to learn through identification within real situations. The program is based on a monthly publication of high-quality videos, each lasting 5-8 minutes, presenting cases of cyber attacks or fraud based on real cases and techniques. The formats used are varied (Cyber Detective, Breaking News, TV Series). Each video is accompanied by a detailed document that analyzes the cyber elements presented in the narrated story.
Figure 1 - Moments of an episode, with actors and multimedia techniques of a cinematic type.
The narrative style and the choice of the type of characters and acting figures were made to create a product suitable for any figure present in an organization, whether it is a top-level role, managerial, a functionary, or an operator of any level. The language is always sober and with a cultural imprint appropriate to a professional context.
The entire structure of the episodes is designed to achieve two important results by working on the psychological component of the users:
-
Overcome the widespread prejudice among non-experts of "it can't happen to me." Through identification with the protagonists, the user will directly and naturally realize how easy it can be to become a victim or an unwitting accomplice of cyber attacks.
-
Stimulate attention with engaging storytelling towards topics not always considered "easy" by using multimedia narrative techniques that everyone recognizes and towards which they are predisposed to active listening.
In this case as well, the platform automatically manages the distribution of episodes at a pace of one per month. For the objectives outlined above, the episodes of Cyber Guru Channel do not require passing a test to advance in the learning path.
