You can enable SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) directly from the platform. Follow these steps to set up and enable SCIM provisioning for your users.
Enable SCIM
-
Go to the Provisioning People section.
-
In the Provisioning section, you'll find the option to enable SCIM.
-
Turn on the "Enable SCIM" switch.
-
After enabling SCIM, the system will automatically generate the SCIM endpoint, which you'll need to provide to the customer.
-
Make sure to also provide the customer with the required authentication token needed to interact with the SCIM endpoint.
Note: Once a token is generated, creating a new token will deactivate the previous one.
Once SCIM setup is complete, your users will be automatically synced and managed through the platform, making identity and access management easier. Be sure to test the system after activation to confirm that all configurations are correct.
We also recommend enabling automatic license assignment for new users created via SCIM. This step will ensure that every imported user automatically receives the correct license.
