Whitelisting Verification for Cyber Guru Content Access
To ensure that web content whitelisting has been done correctly and that Cyber Guru videos can be played without interruptions, you can perform a test by releasing the "Cyber Pills" training content in instant mode.
Releasing the "Cyber Pills" Content
The instant release makes the additional "Cyber Pills" content immediately available, allowing the customer to verify its accessibility and proper playback. No license is required to view the pill.
Test Steps
1. Platform Accessibility Check
The user must access the platform through the link provided in the format:https://clientsubdomain.platform.cyberguru.eu, communicated by the Cyber Guru Customer Success Manager or the MSP.
-
SSO Access: authentication is done with company credentials.
-
Application Credentials Access: the user will use the temporary password received via email.
On the first login, you will be prompted to set a new password. This password must meet certain security criteria. If not, the system will display an error message.
Once the password is successfully updated, the user will be redirected to the platform's homepage, where a default welcome message will be displayed (customizable upon request during onboarding or before the program launch).
Note: By clicking Start, the user agrees to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Viewing the "Cyber Pills" Content
Within the dashboard, under the Additional Content section, the released Cyber Pill will be available.
The user must:
-
Play the training video,
-
Verify the correct functioning of video and audio.
Test Outcome
If the content plays without interruptions or technical issues, the test can be considered successfully passed. This confirms that the web content whitelisting has been configured correctly.
