It's recommended to test the "Reset Password" feature with the client before the official launch of the platform.
Procedure
On the login screen, click on “Forgot Password?” and enter the email address associated with the account.
The user will receive an email with the following details:

Visible sender: Cyber Guru (Support)

Sender address: no-reply@cyberguru.eu

Content: temporary link valid for 2 hours to perform the reset.
New Password Requirements
The new password must include:

at least 8 characters
-
one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one special character
If the criteria are not met, an error message will be displayed with specific details about the missing requirement.
In Case of SSO
If the client uses SSO authentication, it's necessary to test direct access using company credentials.
