2. Safe Browsing: Whitelisting URLs and Landing Page Domains for Cyber Guru

This article explains how to set up allowed domains for Chrome Safe Browsing, so that Cyber Guru phishing simulation email landing pages aren’t blocked by the browser.

Prerequisites

• Step 1 (Inbound Gateway) already configured by following the dedicated article.
• Access to the Google Workspace Admin Console with admin permissions
• Chrome device management through Google Workspace (Chrome Enterprise or active device management)
• List of landing page domains*
• Cyber Guru platform URL for your organization (e.g., company.platform.cyberguru.eu). If you don’t have your platform URL, contact your CSM.

Step-by-step procedure

1. Log in to the Google Workspace Admin Console

2. Go to "Devices > Chrome > Settings".

3. Find the Safe Browsing section

In the "User & browser settings" section, scroll down until you find "Safe Browsing allowed domains".
 

4. Enter the domains

In the "Allowed domains" box, enter the landing page domains available in the platform under Help > Support - Knowledge base, then click "Save".

Note: Also enter your organization’s Cyber Guru platform URL (e.g., company.platform.cyberguru.eu, where company should be replaced with the subdomain chosen for your organization).
