Starting from February 11, 2025, a new method for releasing scheduled training content is available, making the release process more efficient and straightforward.
-
With the old method, each piece of content required a specific release to be scheduled on the calendar. This method is valid until February 10, 2025.
-
With the new method (from February 11, 2025), each scheduled release on the calendar will correspond to one or more pieces of content, based on the configuration of the associated path.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
All paths on the platform from February 11, 2025 (inclusive) follow this new release method.
All paths following the previous method are marked as "OBSOLETE" and follow the old release method.
The new paths will be configured with simultaneous releases, identifiable by activities that have the same order ID for some content.
To view the order of content in a path, simply click on the three vertical dots of the path you want to associate and select the "view" option.
In the following image, you can see that the order of the third module and the first cup is the same (both are assigned the number 3): this indicates that the path follows the new method.
Paths following the old method (with different order IDs for each content) will no longer be visible as associable paths and will be labeled OBSOLETE. However, if these paths have already been activated in the past, they will remain associated with users without any consequences.
BEST PRACTICES TO FOLLOW
-
DO NOT MODIFY THE PAST if a company has already started a path (labeled as obsolete) with the traditional release method (with different order IDs for each content) before February 11, 2025, there is no need to intervene on the paths already assigned to the company. Also, the release calendar already set according to the traditional method should not be changed.
-
ADOPT THE NEW METHOD FROM FEBRUARY 11, 2025: associate the new paths with companies, and follow the new method, setting a single release on the calendar. In this case, a release will correspond to content with the same ID. The new paths will be available from February 11, 2025, inclusive (they are identifiable as they do NOT have the OBSOLETE label).
Releases in case of Cyber School
In the case of the Awareness path, for example, it will no longer be necessary to schedule two pieces of content on the calendar to allow the release of the cup. With the new approach, the cups will be released automatically through a single release.
In summary, for the Cyber Guru Awareness path, it will be sufficient to plan a total of 12 releases, covering both the 12 training modules and the 4 cups planned for an entire year.

Releases in case of Cyber Campus
This new method is even more evident in the case of the Campus, where, with the traditional method, it was necessary to schedule two or three releases on the same day to distribute the content according to the Cyber Guru training calendar.
With this new method, on the same day, it will no longer be necessary to worry about setting the exact number of releases on the calendar, but it will be sufficient to plan just one. This reduces the possibility of human error.
In summary, for the Cyber Guru Campus path, it will be sufficient to plan a total of 12 releases, covering the 28 training contents (8 WarmUp, 8 Didactic, 8 Cyber Insight, and 4 Cyber Game/Serious Game).
