You can customize the sender of emails sent by the Student Caring service, including the option to set a custom sender name. However, before proceeding, some technical configurations need to be done with the support of the Cyber Guru team.
Access to this feature is granted to users with MSP roles or higher.
Changing the Sender Address
Entering a custom sender address without prior authorization is not allowed: in such cases, the system will not send the emails.
The authorized value should be entered in the "Custom Email Sender" field within the "Options" section.
The custom sender name must be entered in the "Custom Sender Name" field.
Changing Only the Sender Name (with Standard Address)
If you want to change only the sender name while keeping the standard address no-reply@cyberguru.eu, you still need to:

Fill in the "Custom Email Sender" field with the address
