Creating a company is an operation reserved exclusively for users with the MSP role.
To start the creation process, you need to access the dedicated link provided by Cyber Guru, using your administrator credentials.
This link is distributed only after passing the exam and obtaining the certification.
Creation Procedure

Go to the "Company Management" section.

Click on "Add Company".

Fill in the following fields:

Company Name: this will be the identifying name visible to users (can be changed later without limits).

Subdomain: this will be part of the custom access URL to the platform.

Email Domain: enter one or more client email domains separated by commas. If left blank, all email domains will be considered valid for phishing simulations.

Important Note on Subdomain
The “Subdomain” field defines the custom URL for user access to the company.
For example, if you enter acme, the URL will be:https://acme.platform.cyberguru.eu

The value must exclude spaces and special characters.

The subdomain can be changed only once after creation
