Each company has a third-level subdomain that's part of the login URL, formatted as:
subdomain.platform.cyberguru.eu
A company's subdomain can be customized only once by an MSP or a user with a higher role. After the change, the old subdomain will remain active: if used, users will be automatically redirected to the new subdomain.
This operation can also be performed if SSO is active on the company.
To make the change:

Access the company configurations.

Go to the General section.

Set a new value in the URL Name field.

Save to confirm. You will receive a confirmation message once the update is complete.
⚠️ After saving, the field will become locked (gray) and can no longer be modified.
