MSP Dashboard

Within the Dashboard, users with the MSP role will have access to:

• Indication of the number of online users out of the total registered users in the managed companies
• Calendar of all releases and start/end of phishing campaigns for the managed companies
• Highlighted companies to monitor (see dedicated article)

In the Release Calendar, you can view the details of service releases, such as Awareness and Channel, for each managed company. It also shows the start and end periods of scheduled phishing campaigns. Each release is accompanied by the scheduled time.

The calendar is view-only. To modify the schedule of a release, you need to access the specific Company tab.

This section provides an overview of companies with pending campaigns, meaning campaigns that are still awaiting approval, have an issue with a release, or have licenses about to expire. For more details on this section, you can refer to the dedicated article.
