Types of Licenses
In the "Distribute Licenses" section, within the path Company Management > People, you can view the different services for which licenses can be created and assigned. The currently available services are:
-
Awareness
-
Channel
-
Phishing
-
Phish Pro
-
Cyber Advisor
Licenses have a specific function depending on the service they refer to:
-
Training Programs (Awareness and Channel):
Licenses enable users to access the training content -
Phishing and Phish Pro:
Licenses allow users to undergo simulations.-
In the case of Phishing, users receive attack simulations with varying levels of difficulty.
-
With Phish Pro, simulations include QR attacks, video/USB attacks, and training remediation.
-
-
Cyber Advisor:
Licenses allow users to interact with the chatbot, designed to provide support, tips, and insights in cybersecurity.
Creating Licenses
For each of these services, the creation of licenses follows the quantities and methods contractually defined with the client
-
The creation of licenses is reserved for MSP (Managed Service Provider) roles or higher.
-
Users with lower roles, such as Company Admin, do not have access to the license creation function, but can associate already created licenses with users within the company.
To create licenses for a training service, simply click the three vertical dots next to the component you want to assign to the company (in the "Actions" column) and select “Add License”.
Enter the data:
-
Quantity: number of licenses to associate with the company
-
Start Date: start date of the license validity. If a date later than the operation date is entered, licenses cannot be distributed.
-
Duration (in months): select the duration in months of the licenses from the dropdown menu.
-
For new clients: select
13,25, or37months based on the contract duration. -
For renewals: select
12or a multiple of 12 months (e.g., 24, 36, etc.).
-
-
Expiration Date: the expiration date of the licenses is automatically calculated based on the specified duration in months. In the days following the expiration date, users can still access the platform to download certificates, but will no longer have access to the training content. Licenses have an expiration tied to the established contractual terms. This duration can be extended in case of renewal.
After each operation on licenses (e.g., creation), the system will display a yellow alert icon. This alert allows you to verify the entered data before saving, which is particularly useful in case of multiple operations (for example, creating licenses for multiple services).
If the data is correct, you need to click “Save and continue” to confirm. A summary message will then be displayed with the details of all ongoing operations, requesting a final confirmation before proceeding definitively.
Once the licenses are created, you can associate them with users by following the instructions in the dedicated article.
