Download Certificates button
A new “Download Certificates” button is now available for supervisors in the Report Awareness → Statistics tab. This feature enables them to select user learning paths, — including obsolete ones —, and download the related certificates, providing company admins and supervisors with greater autonomy.
Enhanced Reporting with Distinct Awareness and Phishing Points
Added two new columns to the "User Rankings" and "Team Rankings" reports: Awareness Points and Phishing Points, shown only if both services are enabled. Their sum matches the original previously available "Points" column.
Smart Banners – spot threats reaching your inbox
- Enhanced Email Safe-list Management: Admins can now manage organisation-wide email safelists more easily, with better access to user-reported emails via the Smart Banner “add to safelist” button, enabling quick, data-driven updates based on real user feedback.
The company-wide Safelist can be managed from the Smart Banners setup menu under the “Senders marked as safe by users” tab.
Emails reported as safe are automatically grouped and ranked by how many users trusted them, making it easy to review and add either specific senders or entire domains to the company’s safelist - improving accuracy and reducing false alerts.
- Email Authentication Status: Admins can now easily see an email’s DKIM, SPF and DMARC authentication status via the “Threats” menu, facilitating triaging of spoofed emails.
