- Bulk Resend of Welcome Email: MSP and Company Admin roles can now resend the welcome email in bulk to inactive users. The user management page now displays a new card showing the count of inactive users (when present), which includes the "Send Welcome Email" action. Clicking this opens a modal window where you can select one or more organizations to include in the resend.

Removal and Reset of Training Path Progress: Company Admin and MSP roles can now remove a training path from all (or a subset of) users in a Company directly from the interface, using the new "Remove and Reset Progress" action available in the Actions menu (Setup > Awareness / Channel)
This action performs a permanent deletion (hard-delete). The training path assignment is removed, all historical data (registration history, usage, and progress) is permanently deleted, and any badges earned through the path are revoked, returning users to a clean state as if the path had never been assigned. If the removed path is a prerequisite for another, the prerequisite requirement is also removed for users in the selected scope. For more details, see the dedicated article.

Asynchronous Report Downloads: Participation reports, participation by level, completed activities, and attempts per user downloadable in the "Statistics" section are now downloaded asynchronously when the data volume or number of users is very high. The downloaded file becomes available in the download area for Supervisor, Company Admin, and MSP roles (accessible from the left sidebar menu).
