New Features
- User progress completion API: A new API endpoint is available, allowing you to retrieve module completion rates (Awareness and Channel) per user, with optional team filters and pagination. Only users with an active license and at least one released module are included.
- New template type: Email QR Code: A new template type called "Email QR Code" has been introduced, available for companies that have enabled QR Code attacks (PHISH PRO).
- User creation date in reports: A user creation date field has been added to participation reports (Completed Activities, Participation by Level, Participation Detail by Level, and User List Export), to provide richer context for analyzing engagement data and identifying newly created users.
- User synchronization for Google Workspace groups: Administrators can now specify one or more Google Workspace groups in the company configuration: the platform will provision only users belonging to those groups, enabling more targeted management. The connection test also verifies that the configured groups are reachable. Automatic synchronization is now scheduled once a day at 21:00 UTC.
Cyber Guru Awareness, Channel & Chatbot
- Course creation via awareness AI chatbot — turn your internal policies, such as BYOD, password management, or other security guidelines, into engaging conversational training sessions that Alex, the awareness chatbot, can deliver directly to employees on Teams, Slack, or Google Chat.
- New awareness chatbot courses — focused on the risks of connected devices and SIM swapping.
- Portuguese content localization — improved for greater clarity and consistency.
Student Caring
The Student Caring rescheduling feature now allows user status events to be rescheduled after 7 days. This gives administrators greater flexibility in managing training follow-ups and supporting users who need more time to complete activities.
Certificate Customization
- Certificates now support organization-level placeholders, automatically including company information in the certificates.
Cyber Guru Phishing
-
New domains for phishing simulations and improved whitelisting procedure — 12 new domains have been introduced to make phishing campaigns more varied and realistic.
- Important note: Cyber Guru Phishing customers must add the new domains by March 31, 2026, to ensure proper functioning of phishing campaigns.
- For any questions, contact support (support@cyberguru.eu) or your CSM.
- New landing page whitelisting process — due to recent changes to Google policies that may block phishing simulation landing pages, we have introduced a new procedure to ensure users can access training pages without interruption. https://support.cyberguru.eu/hc/en-us/sections/34421765183389-Whitelisting-domains-Browser-Client-Policy
Browser Defender – Safe Web Browsing
Improved threat management — administrators can now manage risky browsing alerts and suspicious downloads using the same streamlined workflow already used for password reuse alerts. Administrators can:
- block malicious download sites with one click,
- mark trusted domains as safe,
- block dangerous domains.
This enables organizations to respond faster to threats and customize protection to their needs.
Smart Banners – Email Threat Alerts in the Inbox
Extended banner localization — now also available in Japanese, Korean, and Turkish, for clearer threat notifications in multilingual teams.
