Sengrid Migration
We migrated our email delivery system from MailUp to SendGrid. The migration to SendGrid has been planned to ensure:
- Greater reliability and faster email delivery, reducing the risk of delays or service disruptions.
- Improved platform scalability, with the possibility of introducing a dedicated customer dashboard in the future, offering statistics and insights on all emails sent by each company.
New Student Caring Event for Inactive Accounts
A new student caring event has been added to send email notifications to accounts in "Inactive" status. The platform can automatically send one-time or recurring reminders to "Inactive" users, enhancing engagement and ensuring they start their training.
Browser Defender – safe web browsing
- Comet support: Browser Defender now supports Perplexity’s “Comet” AI browser.
Awareness Training Chatbot (Alex)
- Course Reordering: Admins can now reorder courses with a simple drag-and-drop, creating a tailored learning experience suited for their specific needs.
