Within the platform, in the "Company Management > People > Manage Users" section, there's a dropdown menu that lets you filter users based on their "status".
By default, the menu displays ALL users, but you can select specific filters:
- Active: users who have been successfully created and are not suspended. This status does not indicate whether or not they have a license.
- Pending: users who have been successfully imported but are still being created. They are identified by an icon with a clock.
- Registration Error: users whose creation was unsuccessful. They are marked by an icon with an X.
- Suspended: deactivated users, without a license, who do not receive further communications. If reactivated, they will be moved back to the Active status.
