During the initial setup phase of a company, before releasing training content, you can freely change which field is used as the "team" in the "People>Org List" section. However, after content is released, this parameter becomes locked and can no longer be modified through the interface.
To change the field used as the team, you need to use the following workaround procedure
1. Download the already uploaded user list from the platform.
2. Swap the headers of the old team field and the new team field
Let's assume that:

“Business Function” is currently used as the team

You want to use “Location” instead
Make this change in the CSV file

Rename the header of the “Business Function” column to “Location”

Rename the header of the “Location” column to “Business Function”
⚠️ The values in the fields MUST NOT be changed, only the headers.
Re-import the file without changing the original mapping, meaning:

The "Business Function" field (which now contains the location values) will continue to be mapped to the existing organization called "Business Function".

The "Location" field (which now contains the business function values) will be mapped to the existing organization "Location".

Change the labels for clarity: rename the Org "Business Function" (which now contains location values) to “Team”.
This way, you have successfully changed the organization used as the team.
