Organizations provide additional information associated with users and are used to gather data useful for mapping business risks. They allow you to segment the population based on specific criteria, such as:

geographic area

age group
-
department
-
job title
Additionally, they can be used to identify teams in cases of team gamification.
Managing Organizations on the platform
When users are uploaded via CSV file and fields are associated with a “New Organization”, this information is automatically created and made visible in the "People > List Org" section.
In this section, you can
- Edit the field label: the updated value will be visible both in the reports (if the “Show” option is active) and on the new user creation screen.
- Manage filter visibility in reports: by selecting the “Show” toggle, the Organization becomes available as a filter both in platform reports and downloadable reports.

Set an Organization as a "filter": this defines a visibility scope where a user with a supervisor role can view platform data only related to the ORG value that corresponds to them. The "Supervisor PLUS" role allows viewing data globally, regardless of the applied filter.

Designate the Organization as “Team”: only one Organization can be used to define the team. If indicated during import, the related toggle will be automatically active. A dedicated article is available for any changes.
The deletion of an already created Organization is not available to standard users. This function is exclusively reserved for the internal Cyber Guru team (please contact support).
Once the Organization settings are defined, click “Continue”.
