Within the platform, in the section "Company Management > Setup > Options > Awareness," there is a checkbox that allows you to decide whether to make watching the entire training video mandatory.
This feature is only available for users with the MSP role.
By default, this option is enabled: users cannot move the progress bar, nor skip or fast-forward parts of the video. This ensures that the content is viewed in its entirety, providing a complete training experience that aligns with the course objectives.
If the checkbox is manually disabled, users will have the ability to freely interact with the video timeline, skipping sections and navigating as they wish, offering more flexibility in how they engage with the content.
It's crucial that the decision regarding the requirement for full viewing is made in advance, meaning before the training begins.
Changing this setting after the course has started could compromise the consistency and reliability of the data related to viewing, affecting the analysis of training outcomes.
