You can customize the support email that users see in the “Help” section of the platform. By default, the Cyber Guru support address is shown: support@cyberguru.eu.
Access to this feature is granted to users with an MSP role or higher.
How to Customize the Address
To change the support email address:

Go to Company Management > Setup > Options

Scroll down to Awareness
- Enter the custom support address in the "Support Email" field
The support address can also be changed from the individual Company configuration page (Company Management > General > Configuration)
Any changes made to the "Support Address" field in this section are automatically reflected in the field in the "Options" section, and vice versa.
