Users with MSP role or higher have the ability to monitor and analyze the outcome of scheduled releases for a specific company directly from the platform.
To do this, simply go to the Company Management section, click on the three vertical dots next to the name of the company in question, and select the option for viewing releases.
Once inside the screen, for each scheduled release, the following are shown:

The service involved (e.g., Awareness, Channel)

The start and end date and time of the release

The status of the release, which can indicate:

Successfully completed

Presence of an error

⏳ Visibility Timing
It's important to know that releases are not visible before the scheduled time.
For example, if a release is scheduled for October 28 at 9:00 AM, it will be visible only from that time, not before.
🔁 Error Management
In case of an error in the release, the platform shows a dedicated "Retry" button, which allows you to manually relaunch the release.
If Student Caring is active, the retry will also trigger the sending of any related emails associated with the release.
Information about any errors in releases is also highlighted in the MSP Dashboard, within the "Featured Company" section. This way, the MSP can have timely visibility of any issues, even without accessing the specific company's page.
