From the "Manage Users" section, by clicking on the three dots in the "Actions" column for a single user, you'll find the option "View and assign levels". This feature allows you to manage the training paths associated with a single user.
This feature is useful when you need to:
- check which training paths have already been assigned to a specific user
- manually assign a training path to a user who hasn't received it yet (for example, new hires, team changes, or late onboarding cases)
- remove one or more training paths that are no longer relevant
This feature is available to users with MSP role or higher.
Assigning a training path to a user
If you assign a training path from this interface, it's important to remember that there is no automatic alignment of content already released to other users.
For example, if the company has the “Awareness L2” path with 5 modules already released, and you manually assign the same path to a user who hasn't received it yet, that user will not find the initial 5 modules unlocked.
To ensure automatic alignment of modules:
Make sure the “Content Alignment” flag is enabled in the Options section
Assign the training path through the “Path Association” screen, not from the user's profile.
Removing a training path from a user
Users with MSP role or higher can also permanently remove training paths associated with a user.
This action is irreversible.
With this feature, you can permanently delete a training path assigned to an active user, including its history, even if the path has already been started.
For requests to bulk delete a path (if it was mistakenly assigned) from all users, please refer to the dedicated article.
