You can assign training paths to users by using a specific Organization as a distinguishing criterion.
Assigning Two Paths to Two Different Subgroups of Users
For example, you can upload a list of users, associating each with an "Organization" with values like "Awareness Level 1" or "Awareness Level 2".
When assigning a training path to a company, you can specify one or more values of the "Organization" attribute to define the target user subgroup. This allows you to assign the same path to multiple organizational groups.
If no value is specified for the "Organization" attribute, the path will automatically be assigned to all users in the company.
Assigning Cyber School L1 only to users with Organization = "Awareness Level 1"
Assigning Cyber School L1 only to users with Organization = "Awareness Level 2"
If paths are assigned to the company based on the values of the "Organization" attribute, a user who is added to the platform without a corresponding value used for the assignment will not receive any path.
Assigning a Path to a Subgroup and a Path Globally
If a path needs to be assigned to a subgroup of users, while another path should be applied to the entire population, you will need to specify the relevant organization for the first, while no specification is needed for the second.
This way, all new users will receive the 'global' path, while only users with the "Path" organization value set will receive the specific path.
Scenario: Users with Path A, Users with Path B, and Users with Path A+B
If there are users who need to follow Path A (e.g., Channel Season 1) and users who need to follow Path B (e.g., Channel Season 2) and users who need to follow both paths, you can manage this scenario by creating two distinct organizations: one for Path A and one for Path B.
For users who need to follow both paths, you can positively set both organizations.
