Access with Application Credentials
To access the Cyber Guru platform, you need to click on the “Access the platform” button in the email sent on the go-live day by Cyber Guru.
Important: If you don't have the access link, you need to contact your internal training contacts or reach out to Cyber Guru support, providing your company name.
-
Each company has a dedicated access link, which is not publicly available.
-
The invitation email is generally sent from the address no-reply@cyberguru.eu.
-
In some cases, the sender can be customized according to the company's needs.
Once the temporary password is entered, the system will prompt you to create a new personal password.
Non-receipt or Loss of Credentials
If you have trouble accessing the platform or did not receive the email with the temporary credentials, you can regain access by following these steps:
Password Recovery Procedure
-
Access your company's dedicated access link (each entity has a specific URL).
-
Click on “Forgot Password?”.
-
Enter your company email and select “Send”.
After the request, you will receive an email from no-reply@cyberguru.eu with the subject “Reset Password”. Inside the message, there will be a button to set a new password. The password reset link is valid for 2 hours from the receipt of the email.
If an incorrect email address is entered, no recovery email will be sent.
If you don't receive the message within a few minutes, it is advisable to:
-
-
Check the Spam/Junk folder
-
Wait a few minutes and repeat the procedure
-
Only then, contact support by writing to support@cyberguru.eu
-
Access via Company Credentials (SSO/LDAP)
If access via Single Sign-On (SSO) or LDAP is activated, the user can access the platform by clicking on the “Access the platform” button in the welcome email.
Once clicked, you will be redirected to a login page with a button that allows you to start authentication using the usual company method (e.g., Microsoft, Google, etc.)
In some configurations agreed with the client company, the login button might not be visible, and the company authentication screen will be displayed directly.
-
Access is done directly with company credentials, without needing to enter temporary passwords.
-
As a result, the “Forgot Password” function is not applicable for users using SSO.
First Access to the Platform
On the first access, a welcome popup will be displayed containing hyperlinks to the "Terms and Conditions" and the "Privacy Policy". By clicking "Start", you confirm acceptance of these terms.
A user can access the privacy policy and the terms and conditions file at any time in the “Help” section.
