Each state represents a phase in the lifecycle of a Company and helps determine which activities are available for users and administrators. This article provides a detailed overview of the states and transition flows of a Company, as well as the activation conditions that determine the transition from one state to another.
Overview of Company States
A Company can be in one of the following six states:

Setup

Go Live (In Release)

Running
-
Suspended
State: Setup

Start: The Company has been created.

End: The Company enters the "Setup" state when:

At least one Company Admin has been added.

At least one Student has been created.

At least one license has been assigned for each role (Admin and Student).

All conditions must be met (AND), otherwise the Company remains in the "Setup" state.
State: Go Live (In Release)

Start: This state begins when the "Setup" state is completed.

End: The state ends when:

A release date for Channel or Awareness services is set, or a phishing campaign is approved (the first of these dates corresponds to the go-live date).

The first content is available to users.

State: Running
- Start: This state begins when the "Go Live" or "Suspended" state ends.

End:
- All licenses have expired. → Archived: In the Archived company, Students can access the platform but no longer see the associated path(s).
- The Company is suspended. → Suspended
State: Suspended
In the Suspended company, Students can access the platform and view the cards of various training content, but cannot access the content. (If they click, "Activity Start Error" appears)
The Supervisor can access and regularly download reports.
